Brinley's 2nd B-day

Well Brinley turned 2 this last week. Hard to believe she has been in our lives for 2 Years already. Her B-day party was a lot of fun. We had a pretty good turn out.

Brinley is the light of our lives..... She has so much energy and has been such a great addition to our family. She learns new things every day and always has a way of bringing a smile to our faces.....

05/03/08 Houston Texas

Brinley and I (Trisha) are currently in Houston visiting my Aunt Heather and having a wonderful time. We flew in on Tuesday, April 29th and then the next week we went down to Galveston and stayed at a condo on the beach for 2 nights. Brinley was scared on the ocean but loved feeding the seagulls. We didn't go swimming in the ocean cause it was super windy and only 75-80 degrees. We went out to dinner and then did some shopping. Then on Friday we went on a boat tour that took you around to see dolphins and big ships then we drove back to Houston. Brinley had fallen the first night we got there and hurt her head and was throwing up but then was fine but then Thursday night she was throwing up all night and on Friday when we got back she threw up during her nap so we took her to an Urgent care and the doctor said coincidently she must have gotten a stomach bug and nothing we can do. I am glad it was nothing serious and atleast not an ear infection. On the plane ride here Brinley loved the turbulance she thought grandma ( Lindy Spendlove) was bouncing her or something and every time we would hit a bump she would just giggle but a couple got to her stomach and scarred her even though she giggled it was so funny everyone around us on the plane was laughing. Today Saturday we went to Old Town Spring to do some shopping they had some really cute stores. I am not sure what we have planned for the rest of the trip but i am sure it will be fun we fly back on Tuesday. I have still been working at the hospital 1-2 days a week and Kendall is still working at the prison. He actually has had a couple job interviews with AP&P (Adult Probation and Parole) He interviewed with Tooele city and Provo city which are both close to our house. Hopefully he will get one and can finish school from there.
Brinley is going to be 2 years old in June and we will be potting training her as soon as we get home from Houston. She will now tell me when she has pooped so she knows the difference. She loves to play with her babies and feed them. She takes a lot of energy to keep up with right now if you turn your head for 2 seconds she will be into something she isn't suppose to and she really knows how to turn mom and dads buttons. She knows to watch us to see if we are watching her. She also really enjoys dressing up and putting make up on. Anything to do with being pretty. She will walk around in my high heels and stuff which is way cute. Anyways this is pretty much what are family has been up to lately and i will try to keep things posted.
